During the alpha stage, features are in flux, constantly tested and evaluated. At this point, there is no dedicated server (we use the SSCAIT server to download the bots), and the core functionality is added. The client is not available for the public at this point, as it is a very much work in progress version. You can check the Release notes for detailed information about what is implemented so far.
